Third-Party Services
We may use tools like WhatsApp Cloud API to send/receive messages. These may temporarily store data, usually for a retention period (e.g., 30 days).
Use of Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform Data
To connect your WhatsApp Business Account, we use Meta's Embedded Signup and related Meta Platform APIs. Through this process, we receive limited business information such as your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, and business display name. This information is used solely to activate and operate your WhatsApp messaging services on our platform, and is not used for advertising or shared with any party outside of what is required to provide our services.
Our use of information received from Meta APIs complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Security and Data Retention
We take technical and organizational steps to protect your data. You can request account deletion anytime at admin@growwups.in. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed.
Data Deletion Instructions
If you would like us to delete your account and associated data, including any information received via Meta/WhatsApp integrations, please email admin@growwups.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
